According to numbers from SteamDB Ghost of Tsushima is delisted in 177 regions, more regions than the official 121 countries that don’t offer PSN access.
Similarly to Helldivers 2, which caused great controversy among players, Ghost of Tsushima’s PC version will require a PSN account.
Sucker Punch Productions, the developer company of Ghost of Tsushima, clarified that a PSN account is required only for the multiplayer mode. It is not required for playing the single-player game.
However, Steam even went ahead and refunded pre-orders of Ghost of Tsushima in these 177 regions.
It is unclear why the number of delisted regions is higher than the known 121 countries but if you know more, please let us know in the comments.
The PC version of the title is scheduled for release on PCs for May 16.
